[4.1-1544][Bug] LayoutMorph example1 -- no proper screen update

Hello Juan

I'd like to bring the following to your attention

The example given in the 'Useful expression' window
     LayoutMorph example1

creates a morph which is

1) not properly layed out.
2) gives traces after being moved.
