[7.4] Arbitrary views in DataSet columns

It was quite amusing to discover that somebody had gone through the trouble
of integrating my ArbitraryDataSetColumnType package from Public Repository
except for two methods that actually expose the new column type in the
UIBuilder :)

DataSetSpecColumnModel>>changeType
DataSetSpecColumnModel class>>columnTypesMenu
