[7.7] ExternalStream.OpenStreams may contain nil

… and in turn cause #commitOpenStreams to fail as per attached (possibly others like #releaseOpenStreams as well). I am not sure how nil ended up there in the first place, but it’s safe to say we have evidence that it did at some point before or during the save of a headless image triggered by #cannotSend.

  "Cause all open streams to flush their buffers"

  OpenStreams do: [:i | i commit].
