[7.7] Staying up-to-date with Seaside's development stream?

Boris Popov, DeepCove Labs (SNN)

I seem to recall someone saying that a bit of work has been done in 7.7 to be able to bring ports of Seaside 3.0 across from Pharo much easier than was the case in the past. The latest version in Public Repository is currently 3.0 - 57 from about a month ago. How does the port process work these days? How would I go about getting the most recent version from SqueakSource? Here's a specific example of why I'd want to do that,

Regards,

-Boris

I'd load up the Monticello bundle from store, then load up Seaside. If you open up the monticello packages browser, you'll see the squeaksource repository for seaside there. Clicking on it will list all the packages for seaside and you can see which ones are out of date - you can then do an import to bring your image up to date with the latest version. You can also publish fixes back if you have a squeaksource account and access to the write to the seaside project.
