This is a request to consider increasing Wave-Server's DefaultMemoryUpperBound
from its current default of 160,000,000 or at least change the code to avoid installing
this policy automatically on load. I'd wasted a good hour (at least) trying to
find out why I was running into memory emergencies whilst loading our code into
clean visual.im when memory policy at the start of load was set to 536,870,912
which should have been enough to get me all the way through. On a side note, I initially suspected CraftedMemoryPolicy as
being the culprit (it has the same default), but later discovered that it
doesn't install itself automatically on load as opposed to Wave-Server.
