9x getting help from an unlikely source

I was trying to make sense of the posts in clsd about Bill Gates and the
"euphemism".  It seemed to suggest that the focus groups were getting
tired of visual in front of everything??  Enter google, and I noticed
the following:

Bottom line: Microsoft is seeking _9x_ users for testing of their latest
development tools.  Note that it is dated 2005.  I suspect 2k will get
the same kind of attention before it goes away.
