A trio of niggles

(I vaguely remember someone mentioning this before, but I can't find it now so
I'll risk the repetition).  The debugger does not have 'Tools' entry in its
menu bar.  Which means that one can't "Remember this size".

The Transcript's word wrap toggle doesn't seem to work -- it turns the
horizontal scrollbar on and off, but the text always wraps regardless.

Double clicking on a package in the PB no longer causes the corresponding
folder in the upper pane to open itself.  I agree that there's no obvious logic
to make that the natural interpretation of double-clicking, but the operation
is very useful however it's invoked.  (I think I remember that yesterday
double-clicking invoked the browse-it operation and so opened a new PB, but
that doesn't seem to be happening today...)

The same goes for the class comment pluggin, which seems to be stuck at no
word-wrap regardless of the preference settings.  (I can change it from an
inspector, though).
