[ANN] ConfigurationOfSeaside3.0.1.1 released

Primary motivation for 3.0.1.1 was a GemStone-specific bugfix from Nick
Ager. Picked up recent mcz files from Lukas and Philippe.

Loaded and all tests green on:

   - GLASS 1.0-beta.8.4
   - Squeak 4.1
   - PharoCore 1.0
   - PharoCore 1.1.1-11414
