[ANN] Czech locale on Cincom Wiki

Hi all,
I just published locale for Czech language on Cincom Smalltalk Wiki
http://www.cincomsmalltalk.com/CincomSmalltalkWiki/VW+Locale+Database
It's tested on Windows and Linux and works fine on both.
