[ANN] Iceberg 1.0.1

I've been reported that there is a bug when right-clicking the pharo repository in a freshly downloaded image. Here is the issue

Since that makes Pharo contributions a bit harsh (while still possible by double clicking on the repository...), we are releasing a version v1.0.1 with the proper fix super fast :).

It'll be soon in Pharo.
