That was me - I used Samuel's logos as a base. I once created them for page 15 (figure 1.1.) of the pharo-by-example book where image, source, etc. files are introduced and made them available via gforge to Oscar Nierstrasz for inclusion in the book. Unfortunately he decided he wanted to have the windows icons, so I made a screenshot of the (IMHO more ugly) win icons which are now included as figure 1.1 in the book. That's cooler, but you put a white background instead of transparency :(

The icon for the images, and probably also the changes icon (which is not used for some reason on my machine) would benefit from a transparent background. At the moment, they have a white frame instead of a clean (white) pice of paper on a transparent background.
