- started to merge OCSpecialVariableCases with OCOpalCompilerExamples
- removed all #expectedTestfailures (e.g. FFI related tests are just skipped when FFI not installed)
- add ASTTranslator test for exampleToDoInsideTemp and testExampleToDoInsideTempNotInlined
- added testPushArray and testTodoValue (and example methods)
- test initialize class side of BytecodeGenerator
