[ANN] Pier 1.0.17

Hi,

Pier 1.0.17 is now available. You can download the one click Pier from
the new webpage:
http://www.piercms.com/download

The release contains the core of Pier and several add-ons (like the
blog). It features an improved site structure and a new stylesheet.

The new www.piercms.com provides a documentation section and a blog
that will grow in the near future.

Feedback and comments are more than welcome.

PRDistribution new register does create the same structure, but the
design is different; it probably just lacks the CSS: blue underlined
links, no dark gray bar under the header, no Pier logo…

That is strange because the CSS is the PRDistribution. I will check if

Maybe this is due to the navigator cache...

I think not having the pier logo is intended though.

OK here's where it breaks… if I go to /seaside/config and change the
port and protocol for pier to 443 https, then the html from pier loads
fine, but the css timeouts.
