[ANN] Reef now first class citizen on SqueakSource

Hi,
Due to the interest demonstrated on Reef, I'm promoting it to it's own place in SqueakSource.
You can now download it by executing:

Gofer it
        squeaksource: 'Reef';
        package: 'Reef';
        load.
