The full error message is:

Error: Could not resolve: Zinc-Patch-HTTPSocket [Zinc-Patch-HTTPSocket-StephaneDucasse.2] in /Applications/Pharo-1.3/package-cache.

Is it just a case of manually deleting the package-cache from the filesystem ?

That would be worth a doing then retry loading ConfigurationOfSeaside30 etc...
