ANN: Smalllint Browser for D6

The Smalllint Browser has been ported to Dolphin 6. For more
information and the download, please see:

http://www.dolphinharbor.org

For those not familiar with the Smalllint Browser, it uses the same
engine as D6's CodeMentor, but allows you to run the lint rules over a
package or multiple packages.

The changes in this version were just enough to get it running in D6. I
did not look into whether any of the CodeMentor's new features could be
included in the Smalllint Browser.

If you run into any problems with it, let me know.

Steve, you can also do this with the CodeMentor in the SystemBrowser. Just
select the package you or packages you want, and make sure there is no class
or method selection.
