[ANN] StNER: Interface to Stanford Named Entity Recognizer

Hello,

I am announcing the release of StNER. StNER provides a Pharo Smalltalk interface to the Stanford Named Entity Recognizer (NER). (http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/CRF-NER.shtml)
