[ANN] Two small changes to get.pharo.org: Link to 64 bit and SSL

Hi, We did two small changes to http://get.pharo.org 1) all links are https: links. -> important to not use http for security (man in the middle attacks) 2) We added an explicit link to https://get.pharo.org/64/ Pharo 64bit version Pharo 64bit versions can be found here: https://get.pharo.org/64 Marcus
