[ANN] Update to www.metagnostic.org

For anyone who's interested...

I've just updated:

    <http://www.metagnostic.org/DolphinSmalltalk/>

Changes:

Added BZip2-based stream compression to ZKit (see
<http://sources.redhat.com/bzip2/>).

Added a small new tool ("Ghoul") which provides a debugger-like view of the
"Stack Back Trace" written in Dolphin crashdump files.

A few minor twiddles and fixes.
