Here you got the last.
I used the attached , then manual rip the ones I know safely could be loaded again.
Cleaning and condensing gives me a 11.2 Mb SqueakCore4.2-10382-alpha.image and a 480 kb SqueakCore4.2-10382-alpha.changes (on Mac)
The packages which i keep is because loading some complex (OB, Seaside) you needs as was in image now and not unload

Move to a convenient place, reshape more packages for we safer unload/load and all we happy.
