[ANN] Win32 VM 4.0.1 for Pharo

The new windows VM 4.0.1 from Squeak [1] is rebranded for Pharo
and available on the download page [2].

You can access it directly via [3] or compile it yourself using
the adapted sources [4].

As soon as an RC4 of the dev-image is available I will also
create a new installer with it.

In case anyone missed it, sound recording also crashes the Win32 VM 4.0.1
