AbxXmlBasicToolsApp documentation?

Is there any documentation for the tools in AbxXmlBasicToolsApp?

I'm trying to use AbxXmlApplicationToSchemaFile to create an xsd file. Now I'm wondering how I can define one-to-many relations between complex types. Any pointers appreciated.
