ActiveX Hosting depends on Development System?

Blair,

I've been trying to clean up a long-standing snag with some of my apps'
depending on the development system.  Is Lagoon failing to consider
stripping of methods before announcing that something is wrong?  It seems
that some of the things I've changed would be ok after an initial round of
removing development methods.
