VW is a nice place to play in Chinese but with a few limitations, most are found among goodies, anyway.
For instance, Advance2 in VW7.5 does not display Chinese characters in diagram. But other windows works correctly. All international supporting packages have been loaded. I have a screen snap shot on flickr here:

(Other issues including auto-complete doesn't work and CursorExample will hang VW up, etc. However, programming in Chinese is already a very pleasant experience in
VW7.x)
