Aida on GitHub too

Hi guys,

Experimentally I just published new Aida on GitHub too:

        https://github.com/mivsek/aida

For now just to see how GitHub works and to see how far Dale Henrichs is
with Metacello/Monticello support for GitHub:
https://github.com/dalehenrich/metacello. Currently publishing there is
still too complex but in the future it could be an option. Specially
because on GitHb we are becoming a visible part of very broad
open-source community.
