Amber has a new maintainer!

Hi guys,

As you have probably noticed, I've been a bit away from Amber for some
time.

Herby has been the unofficial maintainer of Amber since then and he has
done an amazing job!

So, after some discussions we decided to make it a bit more official,
so here it is: Herbert Vojčík is the new maintainer of Amber.

It does not mean that I will totally disappear, I'll stay around!
