I just listened to these podcasts.
Sounds like there's a pent-up demand for a development environment that leverages the unusual techniques that are needed to design web apps that run faster on mobile (and other) devices which leads to saving $ and €.
Perhaps the ideas in these talks could lead to some interesting discussions here.
