An FYI on GS3.1.0.2 -- maybe other 3.x ...

We are in the process of converting a number of 2.4.5 databases to
3.1.0.2 -- but this does not seem to be related to that conversion as we
had one case where trying to start a new 3.1.0.2 got an error like this ...

   Write to EACCES failed with /proc/22089/oom_adj , linux user does not
have CAP_SYS_RESOURCE

This had us off to Linux support -- in fact this was all a red herring,
and the problem was a lock file left around in
   /opt/gemstone/locks
