re: Remove Math-DHB-wk

Hi Serge,
you are right of course. i had made dhb-wk an extra package, because in the old times i tried to keep the dhb packages in their original form so that the book conforms to the packages, but this strategy has been abandoned a long time ago hence your approach makes more sense.

hi Werner,
I already move the methods and classes to other places. I have remove the package in PolyMath:

My plan is to simplify as much as possible the packages and the dependency between them.

See you.
