Autconf patch for windows

Hi Paolo

When autoreconf gst on windows using msys some could get the error:
error: possibly undefined macro: _AC_Header_

This is due to the \ followed by a newline inside AC macro.

You can fetch the patch from my repository:

Or just take the patch from the attached file.
