[BUG] 2.2e does not pass make check with JIT

2.2e does have 3 failed tests during make check with JIT. Failed tests are;

1. FoatANSITest
2. FractionANSITest
3. ScaledDecimalANSITest

That's also on non-JIT (reported yesterday).  It's a minor bug (the
result is right, the class of the result is wrong), but it's fixed.
