[BUG] [7.2] Locale language and territory ID's for Greece and Ukraine

Hi,

I’m mapping the language and territory ID’s to their names (using the referenced iso standards), to provide a more user friendly interface for changing locales.

However it appears that the following Locale definitions don’t conform:

Greece  - the territory id should be ‘GR’ not ‘EL’ (which is the language ID).

Ukraine – the language id should be ‘uk’ not ‘ua’ (which is the territory ID).
