[BUG] Borderless Group Box?

This has been bugging me for a while and I even recall coming up with a
hack for it couple of years ago, but can't seem to find it now and don't
feel like digging again in case someone else has it handy.

"Windows XP" look on Windows XP SP2 with "Classic" appearance seems to
pick up a wrong color for group box border which is exactly the same as
window background, thus making group boxes practically invisible, as
attached.

Anyone? ;)

I suppose the list does not accept attachments as I haven't seen my
message come through, but in the meantime I just picked a color that
would be visible in most contexts as,

WinXPLookPolicy>>groupBoxBorder
 ^WinXPRoundedEdgeBorder width: 1 color: SymbolicPaint controlHilite
