BUG: DialogView mutation to a ShellView crashes Dolphin...

I am running Dolphin 5.0.1 on Windows 2000.  If I try to mutate a DialogView
to a ShellView Dolphin crashes.  This is easily reproduced.  Open a view
composer and make a new DialogView, them mutate it to a ShellView.  Dolphin
will crash.
