Browse definitions is case sensitive

Launcher>Store>Browse Definitions>Class Named ...

is case sensitive e.g.

I was looking for my class called SpecMutator

I did not actually remember exactly what I had called it but I knew it had  
the substring "spec" in its name so

if I used this: *spec*

got a bunch of stuff I did not want

however after a lot of anxiety it turns out that had I done:

*Spec*

voila, c'est bon

much of the rest of the system does not behave this way, personally I  
would prefer to ignore case but at least give the user the choice

I'm on VW 7.4.1 commercial
