I don't know where to report bugs so I'm mailing here.
This is using VW 7.10 PUC on a Linux system.
Open up System -> Settings. Click on a top-level setting category in the left-pane tree. Press left-arrow on the keyboard. You get a nice little "Message not Understood".
This isn't harmful; you can just close the window and continue.
