Building with IconV

Giuseppe
Hi Canol

Did you tried to run Seaside? Have you compiled the dependency IconV

I downloaded http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/ and copied IconV dll's but
this is not enough.

Some advice about this?

You need the header files, iconv.h, as well.

Nothing if you place them in the right place (should be
c:\msys\local\include or c:\msys\include, something like that).

Check out what configure says about libiconv, Iconv and iconv.h.  It
says whether the Iconv package will be available after compiling GST.
