Can this source helps OA to manipulate Icon?

Hi all.

I found XN Resource Editor, the Free program.
I encounter some problem this utility to add my Shell icon to empty
ToGo stub, however, it supply source(Delphi). So, this source maybe
give idea to OA Team.

In D6, I hope to change and add my Icon to my Deploy .EXE file.

Oh... I make mistake... I omit the URL.
