Maybe it's not finding the sqlite.dll. Is the dll in the vw7.7.1 directory?

Hi,
connecting to my local repository with vw7.8nc on Windows 7 fails with the following error message:
"External object not found"
However, If I change the VW home directory to the folder of 7.7.1 I can connect. Has anyone an idea or hint for me?
