Change font size for tools and menus in VW 8.1

With  displays offering higher resolution, fixed fonts become smaller and smaller on the screen.  On VW 8.1 I can change the editor fonts (good!), but not fonts associated with menus and tools, such as the 4 panes of the browser.

Has anyone figured out how to change these font sizes?
