Changes affecting how to run Lively locally

We simplified the installation and start procedures of the Lively Kernel core system. Install instructions can be found in the readme file in our repository.

Please let me know if you have problems with the new version. Windows users might want to switch to a new pre-made package: http://lively-kernel.org/other/lively-core-install/LivelyWeb.windows.2013-12-05.zip.
