Chunk Browser goodie - Accelerator doesn't work

Ian - just happened to notice that the chunk browser goodie - lists Ctrl-R
as an accelerator for restore, but selecting a method to restore and
pressing that key combo doesn't work.

Thanks.  There was a clash with an additional accelerator added by
SmalltalkWorkspace.  I've changed the CB to use Ctrl+S instead.
