Cleaning github repository

Dear all,

if you don't mind, I will remove all the packages files inside the
SciSmalltalk github repository.
These are obsolete files and we don't use github repo for the project
at the moment.

Hi Serge,
that makes sense. you could also delete the README-Math-KDTREE.md file as i made a similar docu in the wiki. but please keep the NNPlot.jpg file, as i use it in the wiki.
