me - maybe Amber should jump into this bandwagon and create on-the-web
development environment which would not need any cli support - things
done in cli today are mainly setting up libraries and deploying, which
should be possible to do on the web page as well.
I still remember how quickly one can be immersed into such environment
when done well (I am thinking AppJet now; though I might be nostalgic as
it was where I stepped into JS world).
