The Refactoring Browser reformats code differently that the QA Code Formatter. This is really annoying!
Both are shipped with the base product so they should be shipped with the same default formatting scheme out of the box and also come with an optional 'legacy mode' configuration.
Alternative (even better):
Why not expose the formatting behavior of the RB in the Browsers as a clickable command (Menu item and Ctrl-Key), so that if you don't use Envy/QA at all you don't need the QA Code formatter?
--- But even then QA Code formatter should come with the same formatting rules as RB (or vice versa) out of the box for those who load both.
