Collaborating on an Amber project

I'm starting to get enough traction on some Amber projects to where I've got
people interested in collaborating with me on GitHub.

How does this work with Amber? How does one sanely merge pull-requests for the
compiled .js files and the .st files? Everything I can think of seems very
tedious and painful :(
