Collections in GT

Hi!

When I am inspecting a collection, the index column is really too large. Is there a way to make it narrower?

+1! While we're on usability, the presenter tabs (on Pharo 4.0) are often squished together with the labels truncated, even if there is plenty of unused room at the top of the presenter.
