ColorEditor layout tweaks

Hi,

I tweaked the layout for ColorEditorPanel and text offset for SimpleNumberEntryMorph.

Please pull fresh copies of Cuis-Smalltalk-Morphic-Misc1 and Cuis-Smalltalk-ColorEditor.

PS: The class side of ColorPallet has methods for useXXXColorDict so you can easily get a pallet of CSS3 (or whatever) color model you like.  Don't forget that you need to select a morph and show its drop target to drop a Color.
