Common prefix and packages names

Stéphane already work on cleaning the packaging.

Can we agree on a common 3 letters prefix for all the classes ?
Maybe SCI or MAT ?

and a common name for packages: maybe Math-* ?

You see if we pick Polymath as name we could you PM before after this is
long :)
Then for the packages we can keep Math-...
