Community Edition - can't create a class?

I'm sure someone else has noticed this but in the 6.0.2 community edition,
when I click on the new class icon I get a dialog that won't let me type in
a new class name (that name field is missing).

I think the view might be doing a canRefactor check which the community
version doesn't allow, however its the refactoring view that has the field
that lets you type in a name.
